Mint oreo cookie treats

day [63] wednesday: After another day of classes, and stopped by REINS to see my friend Alicia because her daughter Charley rides there! I haven't seen either of them in a long time so it was a great way to catch up :] I love that lady! She told me about a really good dessert/treat she wanted to try...it involved mint choc oreo's && choc. chip cookie dough....so i went home...and guess what i made...HECK YES! A mint oreo cookie treat. It was delicious. :]
