Remembrance.

Day [53] Sunday: A decade ago i woke up to the sound of my mom on the phone with family in New York, i was told what happened. I went to school crying && worried about my cousins. I was in 5th grade and all we did was watch the news and talk about what was happening. It was incredibly frightening and even a decade later i feel as if it could have been yesterday. Today we remember those who were lost, the workers in the WTC, the fire fighters, policemen, and the good citizens who acted so generously. We remember that tuesday morning. After a great service at my church, i spent the rest of the day with my friend Megan who was babysitting my little nephews Aiden & Caleb. It was so fun just spending the afternoon with them. Then we had a great time hanging out with Michelle & Brandon for a few minuets when they came home. Every moment i spent with this family i am reminded how lucky i am to have them in my life. They are incredible, and i love them very much!!! :]
